One week gone!

Well we had a fun finish to our first week!  Kids started off the day with swim practice.  Jane took a little nap after (previous post).  Tullis got his first haircut in Wyoming and we took an eventful walk along the Snake River later in the afternoon.

I am a little behind so below are pictures of Tullis and Jane at the Rec Center yesterday afternoon.  They have an awesome rock wall coming out of the water and as you can see Jane loved the slide!

Sunset last night as we looked out off our deck.

Here is the moose that was dining on the vegetation in front of the house last night.  Bronson got the photo with his phone when he and June went up to bed.  Not a great shot, but you get the idea,  that is our DRIVEWAY!

During our walk along the Snake River Barrett and Jane were as thick as thieves as Barrett helped Jane gather rocks for her collection.
The rock collection!  This is just today's haul.  There are some really big rocks that will have to go back to the river before we return home.

A "Float Trip" we saw headed down the Snake.
The group and a wonderful view.
 A great shot of Cici!

The Newburger's oldest dog, Logan...15 yrs,  decided to take a swim in a very fast moving Snake River.  Bronson very quickly had to jump in to save him!  See the next picture to see how fast the river was moving!!
Notice the white water created by the current!

Missing Grace so much I put this picture on the wall in my office.  I love you Grace!

We finished the night with Mountain High pizza on the deck.  As the sun went down the temperature dropped 20 degrees in a hurry.  Kids are tired and we are making an early night of it.  No one is allowed up before 9:00 am!  Planning a trip up the tram in the am and town for some souvenir shopping for Cici later in the day.  Thanks to all that are following our journey!  Hugs...R
