Float with Charbonnet/Goliwas Clan

Anne was terrific to set up another Float Trip with all the kids.  Here are some shots from this trip.

John, Walter, Tullis and Storey

Jane!

The fires in the area have really dampened the view!

The whole boat!

Grant gave the kids a turn at the oars.  He is a terrific guide!  If anyone is ever out here you should request him.  Grant Bishop with Barker-Ewing

Sweet Dottie

Jane has a muscle!

Bald Eagle

The haze made for a beautiful sunset.

Morganza (sp?) ducks fishing for their supper in the Snake

Eaglet.  Grant was explaining that eagles are larger when they are young because as they age their bones compress and they are smaller.  I know some people who would say that sounds familiar!

The beams of light coming through the haze from behind the Tetons was stunning!

We saw a bunch of eagles this night.  One of the cool things about the float trips is that it is never the same.  The channels in the river are always changing as is the wildlife and scenery.

See the beaver?

Sorry this is out of focus, but this baby just cam bounding out of the brush to check us out.  Grant says they are so curious when they are young!

Mama called him back.

I love this picture.
